uppfinningar 4"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00d6ver ett \u00e5r sedan f\u00f6rra g\u00e5ngen s\u00e5 d\u00e4rf\u00f6r tycker jag det kan vara p\u00e5 plats att idag p\u00e5 \u00e5rets f\u00f6rsta dag lyfta fram en ny mer eller mindre revolutionerande tekniska uppfinningar fr\u00e5n England.<\/p>\n<p>Denna uppfinning revolutionerade kanske inte v\u00e4rlden p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt som de tidigare men den \u00e4r \u00e4nd\u00e5 tillr\u00e4ckligt stor f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rtj\u00e4na att uppm\u00e4rksammas \u00e5tminstone h\u00e4r p\u00e5 bloggen.<\/p>\n<p>Men nu till uppfinningen, att Dunlop var f\u00f6rst med det luftfyllda gummihjulet det k\u00e4nner nog de flesta till men visste ni att man \u00e4ven skapade v\u00e4rldens f\u00f6rsta punkteringss\u00e4kra d\u00e4ck som var ekonomiskt och kommersiellt g\u00e5ngbart f\u00f6r gemene man.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e4cket fick namnet Dunlop Denovo, tidigare s\u00e5 hade det provats lite olika l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r milit\u00e4ren och tunga fordon men inget som var s\u00e5 kostnadseffektivt att det skulle kunna anv\u00e4ndas p\u00e5 vanliga personbilar.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att visa p\u00e5 systemets f\u00f6rtr\u00e4fflighet s\u00e5 genomf\u00f6rde Dunlop ett antal mer eller mindre spektakul\u00e4ra tester i marknadsf\u00f6ringssyfte, bland annat k\u00f6rde man fr\u00e5n Fort Dunlop (Dunlops huvudkontor i Birmingham) till Turin (det var en Fiat d\u00e4rav m\u00e5let) med punkterade d\u00e4ck och i USA s\u00e5 k\u00f6rdes en Chevrolet Corvette med punkterade bakd\u00e4ck fr\u00e5n Boston till Los Angeles.<\/p>\n<p>Man deltog \u00e4ven i RAC-rallyt med en Denovo-version av sitt SP 44-rallyd\u00e4ck.<\/p>\n<p>1973 s\u00e5 introducerade Dunlop Denovo d\u00e4cket, enligt uppgift s\u00e5 skall det \u00e4ven ha varit originalmonterat p\u00e5 alla 1275 GT \u00e5tminstone under 1974 det fanns sen \u00e4ven som tillval p\u00e5 vanliga trubbnosar (Clubman) mellan 77-80.<\/p>\n<p><a s\u00e5 ser man att bilarna har Dunlop Denovo hjulen och den speciella navkapseln.<\/p>\n<p>Hur hade d\u00e5 Dunlop l\u00f6st detta och hur fungerade d\u00e4cket vid en ev. punktering?<\/p>\n<p>Lika enkelt som genialt man tog fram en speciell f\u00e4lg som kunde delas (split-f\u00e4lg) i den inre delen av f\u00e4lgen s\u00e5 monterades 5-6 gasfylldapatroner med punkteringsv\u00e4tska med munstyckena ut\u00e5t och n\u00e4r luften gick ur d\u00e4cket och d\u00e4cket kom emot munstyckena s\u00e5 gasfylldes d\u00e4cket och punkteringsv\u00e4tskan t\u00e4ta h\u00e5let och man kunde n\u00e4r punktteringen uppstod och innan d\u00e4cket hunnits pumpats upp av patronerna.<br \/>\nSen om vi tar 1275 GT som exempel s\u00e5 var d\u00e4cket inte 12\u201d utan 310mm s\u00e5 \u00e4ven h\u00e4r var man f\u00f6re sin tid d\u00e5 man numera tvunget enligt n\u00e5got tokigt EU direktiv skall skriva ut f\u00e4lgstorleken i mm.<\/p>\n<p>Men i Dunlops fall s\u00e5 valde man mm f\u00f6r att skilja ut detta d\u00e4ck fr\u00e5n vanliga 12\u201d s\u00e5 ingen f\u00f6rv\u00e4xling skulle kunna ske.<\/p>\n<p>Som ni kan se p\u00e5 bilden nedan s\u00e5 var det ganska enkelt att se om bilen
